Effects of New Media on me!

Thinking of new media seems weird to me as to me it is not new to me as I have always grown up with it and can't really imagion my life now without it. It seems I suppose we have become so reliant these days on new media being a key form of communication that we take it or granted. I don't think I could imagion my life without having a mbile phone to contact friends or not having Facebook. But at the same time sometimes I find myself wishing I didn't have either as you cannot get away from everything as people can always contact you and with Facebook people who you don't even talk to can learn everything about you from looking at your profile from your favourite film to your best friend. With the recent invention of phone tracking it makes you wonder are we entering the stage of Big Brother?
